I own this top and get compliments every time I wear it. The base of the shirt is off-white, and the sleeves are puffy (3D), almost like a mesh floral, in the pastel colors (blue, green, yellow, orange, and pinks). It looks great with jeans or your favorite pastel-colored bottoms. Matches the new Judy Blue Pink shorts we have in stock perfectly.
