What is Live Shopping?

I love this question—it’s one of my favorite parts of Nikki & Co Boutique!
At Nikki & Co Boutique, we offer two unique shopping experiences:

Live Shopping:
This is where the fun and community come in! During our live shopping events, I personally showcase every piece I’ve selected for you. You’ll get a chance to:
• See outfits in real time—how they move, fit, and style together.
• Chat with me live—ask questions about fabric, fit, or feel.
• Share feedback—what you love, what you want more of, and even which vendors you’d like me to partner with.
I’ve carefully researched and partnered with wholesalers who are reputable and bring great quality, but your input shapes our boutique. If a vendor isn’t meeting expectations, we’ll pivot. If you love a certain brand, I’ll work to bring it in.

What does Wishlist mean?

Your Wishlist is simply your personal Favorites list — a place to save items you love and want to keep an eye on.
There’s no pre-authorization or payment connected to your Wishlist. The items you save here are not reserved and not added to your cart until you decide you’re ready to buy.
Think of it as your digital closet — perfect for saving styles you’re considering for later! When you’re ready to purchase, just move your favorites from your Wishlist to your Cart and check out.
In short: A Wishlist is for saving what you love — no commitment, just inspiration.

What does Waitlist mean?

A Waitlist is the best way to secure an item you love that’s currently out of stock.
When you claim an item on your Waitlist, you’re essentially reserving your spot next in line should it become available again. Adding an item to your Waitlist requires a pre-authorization for automatic purchase once the item returns to stock.
Because popular items often sell out quickly, they can disappear from inventory as soon as they’re added to other customers’ carts. However, carts that aren’t checked out within 3 hours automatically expire, returning those items to inventory.
If you’ve added that item to your Waitlist, you’ll automatically be charged and your order will process right away once it’s available—either from an expired cart or a restock.
Your Waitlist item will remain saved until it’s restocked and fulfilled, or until you manually remove it.
In short: A Waitlist is a convenient way to make sure you don’t miss out on a must-have item—your purchase will process automatically as soon as it’s back!

Many online businesses have limited Cart Times when doing Live Sales- what does Nikki & Co Boutique follow for Cart Times?

This is a great question! Given the possibility of limited quantities and popular items being showcased, we do have a Cart Time Limit of 3 Hours during our Live Shopping events. Remember you are only charged for shipping once every 12 hours, so there is no drawback to paying for items in your cart immediately. You do not get charged anything extra when you check out within that 12 hour window.

We prefer and strongly encourage shoppers to pay for all items placed in their cart immediately to ensure inventory is updated timely to reflect available stock for all shoppers. If you don't check out within the 3 hour limit, all items in your cart will expire.

All shoppers have the opportunity to add items to their Waitlist, if they appear to be sold out. Once a cart expires, these waitlisted orders will automatically be filled and purchased by another shopper. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that items that expire from your cart will be available again.

I forgot to use my coupon code, can you credit me the discount?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit in these cases.

Can you change my form of payment after I've checked out my cart?

Sorry, we are unable to change your payment method for you. If you need a change in payment method, please reach out immediately to our support team Support@nikkiandcoboutique.com - we can refund your purchase if the items have not yet shipped.

You would then have to repurchase the items. Please note: we cannot guarantee the items will be available to repurchase as they may have automatically filled a Waitlist request once returned to inventory.

Do you accept returns?

Our goal is to provide a positive shopping experience! However, we understand issues may occur. Please refer to our Return Policy for specific details (Return Policy).

How do I track my order?

You can track your order at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Account Page, specifically the Order History section. If you have trouble locating your order or need assistance, please don't hesitate to email us at Support@nikkiandcoboutique.com. We are always happy to assist you.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Follow the regular shipment tracking directions based on the shipping company designated with your purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

Order cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the purchase date. After that time, your order may already be processed and shipped, and you will need to follow our Return Policy.

  • Orders typically process in 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Preorders will have estimated ship dates listed in the product description.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

  • You may request a cancellation or edit within 48 hours of placing your order.
  • Email us at Support@nikkiandcoboutique.com with the subject line “Urgent – Order Cancellation” or “Urgent – Order Change” and include the Order Number.
  • After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as the order may already be processed or shipped.

How do I know what size will fit me best?

We’ve got you! Every product page has a detailed size chart, and many of our listings include fit notes to help you decide. If you’re still unsure, feel free to message us. Our team is happy to help you find your perfect fit.

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship fast! You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Most "Live Shopping" orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For products purchased on our "Shop All" pages, delivery times vary by vendor location, but we always aim to get your goodies to you quickly.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes, yes! If something you love is out of stock, there’s a good chance we might bring it back. We recommend you Waitlist any items you love to pre-authorize payment. If the item returns to inventory, your order will be automatically fulfilled.

You can also sign up for Notification alerts on the product page, “Notify me when available,” or keep an eye on our live sales, where sneak peeks often drop first.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major payment types like credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and even shop-now-pay-later options (when available). Shopping should be easy, and we’ve made checkout quick and secure for you.
